Devon can create unique, one of a kind, as well as classic hair designs. Aside from wedding styling, her talents have been appreciated in fashion shows, editorial photo-shoots and fashion competitions. Up Do Specialist LLC is based out of Ashburn, Va while servicing the entire DC, MD, VA area and beyond. In most cases, Devon will travel to your location for on-site services.
